Within Egypt:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping within Egypt takes 2–5 business days via a shipping agent.

Rates start at 90 EGP and are calculated at checkout based on client address, weight and size of shipment.

A 50% discount on shipping is for orders above LE 1,500 to LE 2,499.

Free shipping is available on orders over 2,500 EGP.

To Outside of Egypt (International):

International shipping is available for many countries and takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

Rates are calculated based on weight and location, starting from 15 USD and are calculated at checkout based on client address and weight and size of shipment.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Open Before You Accept to Receive:

For eligible items shipped locally within Egypt, customers have the option to inspect the package before accepting delivery from the courier. This "Open Before You Accept" option is available for select items on local shipments only.

If the customer chooses not to accept the order upon delivery—for any reason—they have the right to return the package immediately to the courier at the time of delivery, with no obligation to complete the acceptance.

If the customer chooses not to accept the order, they have to pay the delivery charge in cash on the spot, even if the order was already paid for. A subsequent refund of the original payment of the order will be made once the goods are returned in its original good condition.
