Refund and Exchange Policy

For Most items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
